Product agencies price this as a voyage. We price a working core: UX and interface, the flows that matter, a PWA shell if it should live on a home screen, notes you keep.
It is not a multi-tenant SaaS and not a $25,000 platform. If the brief is that large, we say so before a line is drawn.

- The Instrument is a web app. It can install to a phone or desktop as a PWA. Native store listings are a different commission.
